How do I transfer a Sims 3 Save to another pc?

I have two copies of Sims 3, one on my PC and another on my g/f’s pc.I have been playing a saved game on mine for quite a while and would like to transfer my save to her pc so I can access it through her Sims 3 game.

Your games are saved in My Documents-> Electronic Arts-> The Sims 3-> Saves (this is default location). Choose the saved game you want and copy it in the same folder on the other computer (same path).
